weak coffee stale pastries
the coffee at breakfast was nothing special , and i found it rather weak. also , the pastries lacked some of the freshness i expected from a hotel of this caliber. it felt a bit disappointing considering the otherwise high standard of everything else. there were long WAITS sometimes.

abundant selection attentive staff great assistance
i found the breakfast selection very abundant. the staff was attentive and ensured my green tea was always ready (it was like a vip treatment). frederick, the doorman, offered great assistance and kindness when i had trouble with directions on my phone.

fantastic central stay

spacious room cozy bed delicious cake ideal location
The room was spacious with a cozy bed. the hotel also offered a welcome gift of port and cake, delicious. the staff was helpful. They offered a 10% discount at the restaurant. i found the location ideal. I was able to walk to many attractions.
The breakfast buffet food was a bit cold. This made some items less enjoyable.
